Note: Rates differ for on-site visits Local Residential Exterior colors: $400 (up to a total of five final paint colors). For more than five colors, or “Painted Ladies”, please contact us for rates. Local projects include our telephone intake interview, pre-selection of colors, one on-site visit where we explore numerous color possibilities, selection of the final colors, placement on your home, and the written final color specifications showing the placement of colors and products. For complex projects requiring additional time, please contact me to discuss. Local Residential Interior colors: $160 per hour. We can usually complete the colors for three to five rooms in one hour (wall, ceiling and trim colors). |

Exterior projects at a distance include: A. Telephone intake interview, when I get to know all about your project, preferences, and goals. B. I make several selections for the body color, using a national paint brand easily available to you. You view these selections and tell me which one you like the best. C. I provide trim colors for windows, etc., and accent colors for shutters, porches, and other areas, to complement the body color of your choice, up to a total of five final colors. (For additional colors, such as for “Painted Ladies”, please contact me to discuss the project). D. You receive two copies of the final color specifications (one for the painter), with placement of colors and products. E. And, a detailed color placement chart showing the color numbers marked on an enlarged elevation photo of the building. Every project includes Email and phone conversations to answer any and all of your project-related questions. |

You view these selections and tell me which color you prefer, and we can also adjust the color at this point. C. I select trim and ceiling colors for each room to complement the chosen wall color (a total of three coordinating colors). D.
